Kids Shoes?

July 14, 2007 by Jeremy

When you say “kids shoes,” what sizes do you have in mind? Do you mean middle schoolers, or toddlers?

We could certainly put kids shoes for sale - they hand-make them just like everything else. Let us know exactly what sizes interest you and we’ll do some research as to what we could do.

If nothing else, let us just say ‘thanks’ for your interest and willingness to make this a family attempt to serve and help Iraqi people. It’s really a beautiful thing for us to witness…

One Response to “Kids Shoes?”

With your new inches parameter, I suppose that just ordering in tiny inches would constitute kids’ shoes. I think kids’ shoes should definitely be available in black, brown, red, blue, pink, or other colors. Also, I don’t know if the shoe makers sell them to you for less when they’re tiny, but maybe market them as kids shoes, so maybe all shoes under a certain inch limit, like maybe 6 or 7 inches, would be considered “kid sizes” and those would be marketed under “kids shoes” and they maybe be a little cheaper. Not that we want people to be cheap, b/c really it’s about the cause, even so, kids wear through, and grow out of their shoes so much more quickly, that it’s hard to spend so much on them. Generally, I don’t spend more than $40 for my kids shoes, and usually, I keep it under $20. But for a site like this, I’d spend up to $60 for my kids’ shoes- but maybe others would spend more.
Also, you could have someone make bumper-stickers for you or t-shirts that have your cool logo on them. I’m sure someone would be willing and able to donate that. Also, do you have someone following you around doing a documentary of this business? Also, I want to email Michael Moore about what you’re doing b/c it’s so cool, but how do you feel about that? And, there’s this American Comedian named Liam Sullivan who has a character who is extremely famous w/ American youth named Kelly. This character is nasty, but she does have the extremely popular song “Shoes” which is known by every American teenager and is in the top 20 for Youtube videos- and is becoming the “anthem” for shoes around here. I don’t know what it would take to get her to endorse your site, or if you even want to b/c, like I said, “nasty”, but I thought I’d let you know about it, b/c it would be incredible marketing to have buyshoessavelives on her/his website, or for him to endorse it at his shows.
To research that character more, you can go to: liamshow.com
OK, that’s all for now. I’m pro what you’re doing, if you can’t tell.

    All Blessings to you,
    Pascha
