Accordingly, your donations made through this web page are general donations to the Preemptive Love Coalition’s charitable mission of providing heart surgeries to Iraqi children, and the Preemptive Love Coalition reserves the right to allocate all donated funds as we see fit to ensure that the most lives get saved.
