On the Ground: Snow Days

Few folks outside of Mexico think of the country well-known for warm-weather vacation spots as a place that can be cold in the winter. But cold is a seasonal reality. The streets were blanketed in snow this February in Juarez, Mexico. Soon we will be updating donors about our project to install heaters in a Juarez shelter, and this is precisely why.
