Baghdadi Is Dead: The Questions No One Is Asking

On October 27, President Trump announced that ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed in a covert US military operation in northwestern Syria.

What does this mean for our work in Iraq and Syria? For our friends who’ve endured so much at the hands of ISIS? What does it mean in light of the recent US troop withdrawal from northern Syria and Turkey’s offensive against the Kurds?
