JR Pershall is a Retail Sales Manager for AT&T Mobility. JR provides leadership and development to a team of 33 in their efforts to deliver seamless communication and entertainment solutions for consumers and small-to-medium-sized businesses. He was honored with AT&T’s esteemed Service Excellence Award in recognition of his dedication to excellent customer service, his investment in and the development of his team, as well as his volunteer work with the Preemptive Love Coalition. JR also serves on an internal customer experience advisory counsel that helps to improve AT&T processes on local, regional and national levels. JR received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Howard Payne University in 2004.
