In PLC’s little blue office, eight new interns sit and work.
They are barefoot, foreign—seven Americans, one Canadian—six female, two male, glued to five Macs and three PCs. Two are blond. The others, brunette. One male has facial hair—a beard—and the other has none.
They have traveled more than 6000 miles to sit at one table and work together for a common goal: to help further developmental efforts here in Iraq.
Some will be writing, others compiling annual reports, performing internal reviews, or filming and taking photos to share stories.
Their summer journeys will be documented on this blog, so visit again soon for more updates!
