In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Preemptive Love Coalition in the name of Janine Murdock. At the heart of Preemptive Love are acts of service — to feed those who are hungry, to heal those whose lives have been broken, and to love those who have been forgotten.

Janine enjoyed her friends and spending time with them.  She always worked at something and immersed herself completely at whatever she was doing. She loved cooking, not in the traditional sense of simply making a meal; rather, she viewed it as a means of serving and coming together in community. Everyone who met her loved her; she left her mark on their hearts. She was vivacious, free-spirited, and had an infectious smile. Janine treasured the time she had with her children.

Left to cherish Janine’s memory are four children, family, and friends who will miss her dearly.
